Illumin3D ships within the United States using USPS or UPS service estimates shown at checkout.
Returns
Eligible ready-to-order items have a 14-day return window. Custom builds are final sale once production begins.

- Return window
- Eligible ready-to-order items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligible condition
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Contact Illumin3D before shipping an item back.
- Custom products
- Custom logo light boxes, personalized designs, approved artwork builds, and other made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.
- Return shipping cost
- For eligible buyer-requested returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to an Illumin3D error or shipment damage.
- Damaged or incorrect order
- Email Illumin3D within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and shipping packaging. Keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed.
- Refund timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Card refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

Production time
Most custom Illumin3D builds take 1-2 weeks to produce before shipping. If a design needs extra confirmation, timing may adjust before production starts.
Shipping time
Illumin3D currently ships standard online orders within the United States. Delivery estimates are based on the USPS or UPS service selected at checkout. Local pickup is not available for standard online checkout unless arranged separately with Illumin3D before ordering.
Order changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact Illumin3D as soon as possible. Custom orders become harder to change once production has started.
